How many characters and lines are available for Rapidprint Die Plates?

24 characters including spaces and 3 lines per plate. There is an upper and lower die plate available for the time stamp machines.

How do I purchase a product?

If there is a product that does not have a “buy now” option, please call, email or fill out a contact us form so we may gather the correct information upon buying the product.

Can I rent a product to try out before purchasing it to make sure it is a good fit for my company?

You sure can! It cost $25 to rent one of our products per week. We program it here in our shop and then ship it to you to use.

Do you offer refurbished products at a discounted rate?

Yes, we do! Please view our Refurbished Products under the Products tab of our website . If you do not see one you would like listed, please contact us so we can assist you further.

What is your return policy?

The return policy is 20% of the cost of the product. If we have already provided installation, implementation or shipping, then those costs are not refundable. If you ordered a Time Stamp with engraved die plates; the stamp can be returned but the die plates cannot because they were custom made.

Can I rent a Product?

Yes, you can! The monthly fee will depend on what type of clock you are wanting. Clock programming is included in the rental price. If you need installation, there is an additional fee.

If I lose my software disc for my Time & Attendance system, how can I get another one?

If you have your software serial number, then most often - yes, you can order another one for a nominal cost.

I have a hand punch clock that is not allowing many of my employees to clock in and out. Can it be repaired?

Yes, often times the camera lens and other areas need to be cleaned. The other possibility is replacing the camera in that hand punch clock. If there are just 1 or 2 employees that are having issues, simply delete their enrollment template and re-enroll them.
